Our Story

In the early '70s, a rancher from the small town of Danevang, Texas, decided to branch out from his corporate glass employer to better serve the Houston area. Through persistence, dedication, experience and honest work, Lupe Ramirez (and then-business partner, Mr. Joe) created Lone Star Glass.

Lone Star Glass has remained a family business throughout the last five decades. Now in its third generation, Lone Star Glass continues to serve the greater Houston area. Lupe now splits his time between the family ranch and Houston, but he still greets every customer with a smile when in town. From our family to yours, we sincerely appreciate your support throughout the years!
